Computer Forms

Computer Forms is designed for use with Dot-Matrix and Line printers with appropriate paper-feed mechanisms.

Other names for Computer Form is Continuous Forms which include fan-fold paper, sprocket feed paper, tractor-feed paper, and pin feed paper. It can be single-ply or multi-ply.

Additional Information

Artwork

  • If designing is required, user is entitled to a maximum of 5 changes. Any changes thereafter is subject to an additional of $8 per change.
  • We will provide artwork however an actual sample is required from customer.
  • Designing service excludes logo design.
  • Artwork is chargable if artwork is done upon confirmation & job is not proceeded with 2 months.

Packing

  • Inclusive of standard packing.
  • Additional charges may apply for special packing requirements.

Delivery

  • Delivery address must be provided upon submission of order.
  • InkPrint is not responsible for any costs incurred resulting late delivery for any incorrect delivery address given or late submissions of delivery address.
  • Our delivery and courier services are contracted with our logistics partner. Our logistics partner staff and their service agent does not represent InkPrint nor allow to act on behalf of InkPrint for any disputes, any arrangements, any instructions and any agreements. All matters must feedback to InkPrint Customer Services Team.
  • Our working days lead time starting counting from the day of confirmation of artwork.
  • Delivery day(s) referring to working days not include Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
